I think that the ability to communicate complex ideas through text is the keystone that makes a successful document. Aesthetics and design should follow and compliment the content. Content should inform design choices. For complex subjects, content and design should work to break things into manageable pieces for an audience.

I value responsibility, communication, honesty, and consideration. I think that having personal values that align with work values is important  for producing good content. I work well in a team and enjoy the variety and creativity groups can generate. I gravitate towards simplicity in my personal life as well as professional life. I'm very organized and handle self-management well.
